I'm Greg, and I've been hosting guests in Lynchburg's College Park neighborhood since the property first went live on Airbnb. What started as a way to share our home during Liberty University events turned into something I genuinely enjoy: helping families, visitors, and travelers feel at home in the Blue Ridge.

I also run GoCleanBnB, a professional turnover cleaning service for short-term rentals in the Lynchburg area. So when I say "professionally cleaned," it's not a marketing phrase. It's what we do, every turnover, with a detailed checklist and real accountability.

RidgeRoost exists because I wanted to offer guests a better deal. Airbnb charges service fees that can add 14% or more to your total. When you book directly here, that fee disappears. Same property, same host, same cleaning standards. You just pay less.
