I'm Greg, and I've been hosting guests in Lynchburg's College Park neighborhood since the property first went live on Airbnb. What started as a way to share our home during Liberty University events turned into something I genuinely enjoy: helping families, visitors, and travelers feel at home in the Blue Ridge.

I also run GoCleanBnB, a professional turnover cleaning service for short-term rentals in the Lynchburg area. So when I say "professionally cleaned," it's not a marketing phrase. It's what we do, every turnover, with a detailed checklist and real accountability.

RidgeRoost exists so guests can book the house directly with the host. Direct bookings include the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and applicable taxes, with no service fee. Same property, same host, same cleaning standards.
