Most listings that say "fenced" mean a low ornamental fence around the front beds and an open backyard. Ours is the actual backyard, fenced on all sides, with grass and shade. Open the basement French doors, let the dog out, finish your coffee. That is the pitch.

We charge a flat $75 pet fee per stay, regardless of trip length. Some platforms tack on per-night pet rates that double on a week-long visit. Ours does not. Disclose the pet at booking, sign the standard pet addendum, and that is the entire process.

House Rules for the Dog

Pets are welcome and we want to keep it that way. Dogs stay off the furniture and beds. Supervise outdoors and pick up waste. Crate if you leave the house. That is all we ask, and the deposit gets returned the same way it does for any other guest.
