The Liberty Ranch House sits in College Park, 0.9 miles from Liberty University, about 4 minutes from campus. Drop a student at convocation and be back at the kitchen table before the coffee cools. The hotels lining Wards Road put you 15 to 20 minutes away once Liberty traffic merges onto US 460. We do not.

During graduation weekend, Liberty hosts more than 70,000 guests across two days. Every hotel within 30 miles books out months ahead, and the survivors charge resort rates with a single king bed. A four-plus-bedroom house with a kitchen, a dining table for fourteen, two washer-dryer pairs, and a fenced yard for the family dog is a different category of stay.

The Liberty Calendar We Serve

• Commencement Weekend (May): The big one. Three to four nights, families of 8 to 14, often multiple generations.
• Move-In (August): Two to three nights while parents settle a student into a dorm and lay in groceries.
• College for a Weekend (CFAW, Sept-Nov): Prospective students plus parents, two nights.
• Convocation guests (year-round): Speakers, board members, and visiting families.
• Flames athletics: Football, basketball, and hockey weekends, especially conference matchups.
• Parent & Family Weekend (October): Liberty's parents weekend packs campus dining, so the home kitchen earns its keep.
